Welcome to Care Practice’s Outpatient Suboxone treatment program. We specialize in confidential and personalized treatment of addiction to: Oxycontin, Heroin, Norco, Methadone, Vicodin, Percocet. Our program offers convenient outpatient treatment of opiate addiction in an affordable program under the care of a Suboxone licensed physicians. Our program is designed for motivated, high functioning individuals who have decided to end the cycle of addiction in their life. Dr. Blackledge originally encountered Suboxone through the struggles of a close childhood friend who struggled with Oxycontin and Heroin addiction for over 18 years. He was amazed by the positive effects of this new medication and so he investigated outpatient treatment with Suboxone. He was surprised how difficult it was to find doctors licensed to prescribe it and how prohibitively expensive most of the active programs were.
During this same period Dr. Blackledge was developing the core concepts behind Care Practice and recognized that Suboxone was a powerful tool and needed to be a fundamental part of the primary care model he was developing. From the day Care Practice opened we have committed ourselves to providing outpatient opiate treatment at the lowest unsubsidized price in San Francisco. We are proud to say that we have successfully treated well over a hundred people in the past year and plan on continuing to make Suboxone accessible to our patients.
Dr. Blackledge and Dr. Ngo are Board Certified Physicians who are licensed by the DEA to use buprenorphine (Suboxone, Subutex) for outpatient treatment of opiate addiction.
